The Blue Diamonds Synchronized Skating Team has been alive since 2002
and is part of the Eastern Iowa Figure Skating Club in Cedar Rapids,
IA. Through the years this team has grown from a learn-to-skate trial
to two competitive teams. The team was developed by Kayla Ward and in
2007 she was joined by Lisa Vanderveer-recker. Currently their is a
open juvenile team and a beginner team
